Refund policy and Terms of sale
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, We are here to help. This refund policy (“refund policy”) and terms of sale (“terms of sale”) apply to all orders accepted by Us or any of Our subsidiaries and affiliated entities for the sale of Our devices (“products”). If you are the purchaser of the product and you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it in its original condition, without activating the product, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery and receive the respective refund. Engraved devices are not covered under the total satisfaction return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your product purchased from https://www.seven.ooo, you have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to request a refund, only if the product is not registered and used by You.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- If you are unsatisfied with your product, but not yet activated / registered your account on it, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery, the owner of the product must notify Us of the intention to request the refund by sending us an email on [email protected] and provide the reason for the refund.
- You must have the valid Invoice Number.
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- An already activated / registered product does not qualify for a return / refund.
- All accessories originally included with the purchase of the returned product(s) must be included with your return.
- Products resold by unauthorised retailers are not covered by warranty.
- Standard shipping, handling and restocking charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, vat) will be deducted from the refund amount, at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Us.
If you return product to Us without all parts included in the original package or not in good physical condition or already activated / registered and used by You, We retain the right to either refuse delivery of such return / refund or charge you an appropriate restocking / replacement fee.
If all the above conditions are successfully met, We will refund the amount back into the source account from which You made the purchase.
