Refund policy and Terms of sale
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, We are here to help. This refund policy (“refund policy”) and terms of sale (“terms of sale”) apply to all orders accepted by Us or any of Our subsidiaries and affiliated entities for the sale of Our devices (“products”). If you are the purchaser of the product and you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it in its original condition within seven (7) days from the date of delivery and receive the respective refund. Engraved devices are not covered under the total satisfaction return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your product purchased from https://www.seven.ooo, you have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery, the owner of the product must notify Us of the intention to request the refund via our mobile application and provide the reason for the refund and obtain the Concern Ticket Number (CTN) relating to this return.
- You must have the valid Invoice Number and Concern Ticket Number (CTN).
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with the purchase of the returned product(s) must be included with your return.
- Products resold by unauthorized retailers are not covered by warranty.
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, vat) are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Us.
If you return product to Us without all parts included in the original package or not in good physical condition, We retain the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you an appropriate restocking fee.
If all the above conditions are successfully met, We will refund the amount back into the source account from which You made the purchase.
